3. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content, trademarks, or materials you provide to us for a project.

• Astrix 3D Work: All intellectual property rights for the work we create for you will be transferred to you upon full payment for the project, as specified in our project agreement. We reserve the right to use the work for our promotional and portfolio purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and approval to ensure the project stays on schedule. Delays caused by a lack of timely feedback may result in timeline adjustments.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment terms, including deposits and final payment schedules, will be specified in the project proposal. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Astrix 3D makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrix 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these T&C.

9. Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these T&C at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
